Werken bij SVRZ
SVRZ is an organisation of care homes for the elderly in need of long-term care. Due to a shortage of qualified staff, they asked us to create a recruitment campagne that stands out and creates waves. After brainstorm sessions with a part of the staff, we created the campaign: ‘Every day is an adventure at SVRZ’.
In the years following the campaign has been extended and expanded because of the highly successful outcome. It gave the recruitment of the organisation a big boost. It’s so much fun working with SVRZ and the residents of the various homes.
